Bicycles are amazing machines that have the potential to change the world we live in. From the simplest of commuter bikes to cutting edge race machines, they all have one thing in common which is that to get the best out of them, they need to be maintained. Regular and proper maintenance keeps your bike running well, meaning that it’s less likely to let you down. The ride will be more enjoyable and most importantly, a well-maintained bike is safer.
Our workshop is fully equipped to handle all your needs from puncture repairs to wheel building. Our professional mechanics are Cytech qualified and treat every job with utmost care.
As a Shimano Service Centre, we are able offer you the best service experience and original Shimano parts from the bicycle industry’s leading component brand. Our constant stream of training from Shimano keeps us up to date with the latest technologies including Di2 electronic gears and Steps e-Bike systems.
Our long history gives us a wealth of experience to draw on and this combined with the close relationships we have with the leading UK distributors means we can offer servicing and support for most major components including SRAM, Campagnolo, Rolhoff, Mavic, Zipp and Hope to name but a few. When other bike shops tell you that they can't help you because they don’t deal a product or brand, then give us a try.
We have a fast turnaround and there is no need to book in advance. However, if you require your bike back at a specific time, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

LEVEL 3 SERVICE - £150 (£165 for Electric Bikes)
This service is for the regular user who understands the need to have their bike running well. Whether it's daily commuting, weekend trail shredding or road training then regular servicing is paramount, so this service should be done at least once every 12 months if you want the best from your bike.
What sets this service apart from our Standard Service is that we completely strip your bike down to the bare frame. Threads and cleaned and chased. Hubs, headset and bottom bracket are stripped, cleaned, inspected for wear and regreased/replaced as required. The bike is then fully rebuilt with new brake and gear cables, brake pads and drivetrain components if required. New grips or bar tape will keep your bike looking and feeling fresh and we'll top everything off with a road test to ensure that everything is running perfectly.
