AWESOME!

YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN SUBMITTED

You should receive a confirmation email shortly. If you don't see it, don't forget to check your Junk Mailbox.

What happens next?

  • We will now reserve your bikes and equipment and ensure that they are readyfor you to start your adventure on your chosen dates.

  • On arrival, you will need to have your photographic ID with you, such as a Driver's License, Passport or National ID Card.

  • The security deposit will be taken before the rental starts and will be refunded in full on the safe return of the bike.

What if my plans change?

  • If you need to change your dates, sizes or anything else about your booking, then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Should you need to cancel your booking entirely, you must give at least 24 hours notice before the commencement of the rental.

What do I need to bring?

  • Suitable clothing for the weather bearing in mind that you're going to be in Scotland so it can be quite changeable. Shorts or slim fitting legwear are recommended as are flat soled shoes. Please do not arrive wearing sandals or flip-flops as you may be refused your rental.

  • Anything that you feel might make you trip easier or more comfortable such as specific pedals or saddle as we can fit these for you if you like. You can also bring your own pannier bags if you want as the luggage racks we useare fairly universal and will accept most pannier bags. Please contact us if you have any questions about bringing your own equipment.

Thank you for choosing Highland Bike Rental.
