  • Do you ship to Europe?

  • Yes we can ship to Europe and can provide a quotation for you. Please email with the details of the item(s) you wish to purchase and your delivery address details including any postal codes and we will come back to you with a price for shipping.
  • Do you accept Cycle to Work vouchers?

  • We accept vouchers from most major scheme provider including Cyclescheme, Halfords, Bike2Work Scheme, CyclePlus and Enjoy Benefits. If your employer is using another scheme not on this list and you wish to use it in our store then please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
  • How much fitting together will I have to do? How will I receive the bike ie no saddle fitted brakes etc.

  • Every bike purchased from us is inspected and fully prepared to be ready to ride before delivery. Bikes purchased by Mail Order usually require some disassembly before packing however we do our very best to keep this to an absolute minimum. Typically, the front wheel and the pedals will be removed. The handlebars will either be turned or removed at the point where the stem fits to the forks. The seatpost will need inserting into the frame but will have the saddle fitted to it. Tools required for re-assembly amount to either 4,5 or 6mm Allen Hex Wrench and a 15mm spanner. Full step by step assembly instructions are also included with bike and our helpful staff are always only a phone call away should you need any advice.
  • If you've got a question not relating to a specific product then chances are we've been asked it before.
