your order has not yet been dispatched then we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If however you order has been dispatched then you have 14 days from the day the goods were received to inform us of you intention to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to Highland Bikes Ltd, Returns Dept, 29-31 Shore Street, Inverness,IV11NG. Returns received out with the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If you are posting back your goods then you are required to complete a returns form. You will also need to contact us for a returns number. Any items sent back to us without the correct returns information will not be accepted.

Any items returned must be in unused condition in the original packaging. Any signs of over handling will result in a charge and/or reduction in the amount refunded. Damage to the original item packaging (not the shipping packaging) may result in your return being rejected and the item will be returned to you at your cost. If in doubt then please contact us before returning any items.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned at your own cost and we recommend that you use an insured service as the goods will remain yours until the item is refunded. We understand the return of larger items such as bicycles can be difficult to arrange so we can collect on your behalf. Prices for collection start at £50. Items that has been customised for you in any way are not subject to our normal returns policy and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
