Highland Wildcat Trails Situated in Golspie, which is about 50 minutes North of Inverness. Fast becoming known as one of the best mountain bike trails in th UK, no mountain biking trip to the Highlands is complete without a trip to the Wildcat Trails and if you're a local mountain biker and you haven't been yet.................shame on you! |

Laggan Wolftrax Laggan Wolftrax can be found south of Kingussie, about 50 minutes south of Inverness.
Probably the most established trail centre in the Highlands with excellent facilities. (The cafe is great - try the carrot cake).

Learnie Red Rock Trails/HiMBA HiMBA or the Highland Mountain Biking Association was the driving force behing the Learnie Red Rock Trails.
Situated about 20 minutes from Inverness on the Black Isle (which isn't actually an island) between Rosemarkie and Cromarty, the Red Rock Trails offers something for everyone and offers riders the treat of a fantastic view of the Moray Firth towards Fort George. Bring your camera.
The Black run has some challenging sections including a log chute and 20ft skinny to get a heart thumping. |
